early dark ROSÉ 2017

This beautiful rosé wine from the Compte Tolosan area of Sud-Ouest France is a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot grapes, resulting in an attractive pale pink color. 

To maintain the aromas, the grapes are harvested early in the morning and immediately taken to the press to reduce the risk of oxidation during this delicate phase. After cold stabilization, the wines ferment slowly and gently at 16°C.

Tasting Note:
This beautiful, rich pink wine has lots of red fruit aromas, such as strawberry and raspberry, and is fresh and fruity with a pleasant lingering finish. The perfect wine to be enjoyed well chilled as an aperitif anytime in the day, or with tapas, salads, grilled seafood, or white meat.
