Crafted for Early Dark by Vignobles Arbeau – this highly awarded wine was made from grapes grown sustainably in the heart of the Fronton region of Sud Ouest France.
Tasting Note:
This beautiful wine is a brilliant dark red and the bouquet has rich blackberry, red fruits and spices with hints of violets and liquorice. The gloriously perfumed character of the red and black fruit carries through onto the palate. It then finishes with both tension and balance – with a perfect combination of acidity and silky tannins.
Splendid on its own, it is also wonderful with pasta, pizza, and at barbeques – with both vegetables and meats; and with Indian and Asian cuisines.
Served best at 16 – 17℃
