Abhay was till 2017, Executive Director and Chief Wine Maker for the wines division of United Spirits Ltd - A Diageo Group Company. Being on the Management Committee of the company, Abhay has had a 360 degree view of the Alcobev Industry in India.
A very well-known name and superbly connected in the Wine and Alcobev business, in the past, Abhay has been deeply involved in the set-up of companies like Chateau Indage and Grover Vineyards to name a few.
Abhay is a Founder and the Managing Director of Tetrad Global Beverages. He is also a promoter of Tetrad Microbreweries Pvt. Ltd., a business now in the process of setting up Microbreweries in Bangalore. He continues to consult to the Alcobev and specially to wine businesses in India.
Rishad has over 40 years of experience in the Hospitality industry. As an F&B professional he has deep knowledge and hands-on experience of Hotels, Restaurants and Bars. With his interests in alco-beverages covering wines, spirits and beers, he has an all-round knowledge of the making, selling and service of these.
He has previously been a Chef, Executive Chef and has held senior management roles with the Taj Group, SAS Hotels in Denmark, Spencer’s Hotels, Fiesta Restaurants in India.
Rishad has been a much sought-after Hospitality Consultant in over 50 projects in India and abroad. He has also been a successful entrepreneur co-owning the well-known boutique Highgates Hotel and has owned and managed a large-scale catering company.

Williams is a senior strategic leader with 25 plus years of experience across FMCG Multinationals including Asian Paints and Pepsi.
In the alco-beverages space he has had many years at senior levels with Pernod Ricard (Seagram’s) & Diageo (United Spirits).
He has managed large teams, P&L, sales operations, trade marketing and key account management.
His experience in merger integrations, building process and driving performance runs deep.
